2019-016968COA: 1086-1088 Fulton Street – North side of Fulton Street between Pierce and Steiner Streets; Lot 012A in Assessor’s Block 0778 (District 5) - Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace and enlarge attic windows at front and rear, expand existing dormer, re-roofing, and interior remodel to accommodate Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). The subject property is located within the Article 10 Alamo Square Landmark District and is located within a RH-3 (Residential-House, Three-Family) Zoning District and a 40-X Height and Bulk District. The subject property is located within the Article 10 Jackson Square Landmark District and is located within a C-2 (Community Business) Zoning District and a 65-A Height and Bulk District. Installation of the letters will begin March of 2020, with a scheduled opening date of April 4, 2020. The temporary installation will be removed after two years. The subject property is Landmark No. 249, Music Concourse, Golden Gate Park and located within a P (Public) Zoning District and an OS Height and Bulk District. Comments received by 9:30 a.m. on the day of the hearing will be made a part of the official record and will be brought to the attention of the Commission.
