Note: link will change for each hearing.Notice is hereby given of consideration for adoption a General Plan Evaluation Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) for Certain General Plan Evaluations (GPE). The purpose of the hearing is for the ERO to consider and make findings that feasible programmatic mitigation measures in the project-specific mitigation monitoring and reporting program (MMRP) and GPE will be undertaken by the project. To ensure this, the ERO will consider the MMRP and adopt the MMRP, thereby incorporating them into the conditions of project approval. The adoption of the MMRP is not an approval action for the project, and there is no appeal process for adoption of the MMRP or Findings made at this hearing.
2022-006554ENV – 2051 MARKET STREET. Lot 015 in Assessor's Block 3535, in a NCT-3 (Moderate Scale Neighborhood Commercial Transit District) Zoning District and a 85-X Height and Bulk District. The proposed project would demolish an existing two-story, approximately 32-foot-tall building, containing approximately 6,825 square feet (sf) of commercial use currently occupied by ArtFuse SF, a public art gallery, and construct a new seven-story, 85-foot-tall mixed-use building. The proposed building would include 29 dwelling units, composed of 15 one-bedroom units and 14 two-bedroom units. The new building would also include a 16-foot-tall rooftop penthouse for a maximum building height of 101 feet. The proposed building would include approximately 22,100 gross square feet (gsf) of residential space and approximately 2,275 gsf of commercial space for a total gross square footage of approximately 24,375 gsf.
