This webpage provides an overview of housing projects submitted to the Planning Department that do not require a Planning Commission hearing prior to approval because of recent changes to State or local law. Note that this is a beta dashboard, and the dashboard data is refreshed daily. While generally accurate, it is under continued development and not yet warranted as complete.
In the dashboard, you can view when a project is filed or approved along with, the streamlined approval program the project applied for within a particular date range. The information displayed includes the project name, address, Property Information Map (PIM) link, proposed dwelling units, net dwelling units, project description, and project status.
