Once you raise your hand and it is your turn, you will be asked to press *6 to unmute. Once your line is unmuted, that is your indication to begin speaking.

1. Wait for your turn to speak.
2. When you hear the prompt, “Your line is unmuted” – THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO PROVIDE YOUR PUBLIC COMMENT.
3. The Environmental Review Officer will indicate how much time you have to provide your comments – you will be alerted when you have 30 seconds remaining.
4. Once your public comment time have ended, you will be moved out of the speaker line and back to listening as a participant (unless you disconnect).*
