West Portal Neighborhood History Night

Join the SF Survey team of the San Francisco Planning Department for this event to learn about the history of your neighborhood with the Western Neighborhoods Project, and share your stories about important people, places, businesses and events.
At this event, SF Planning will share new historic and cultural findings for the West of Twin Peaks, Lakeshore and Sunnyside Neighborhood Commercial Districts. Community input will help SF Planning consider important places in this area and inform future historic preservation efforts.
Event Details
Everyone is welcome! This event is free and no prior knowledge of history or preservation is required.
The event will present short presentations, followed by Q&A, and time to review materials and provide input.
Light refreshments will be provided!
