Request for Zoning Administrator (ZA) Hearing
Responsible parties who received a Notice of Violation of the Planning Code have the opportunity to appeal the letter by requesting a Zoning Administrator Hearing. This Request for a ZA Hearing appeal form must be submitted before the deadline to respond date listed on the Notice of Violation (NOV).
