Storefront Gate Mechanisms
Ordinance #115-25 amended the Planning Code to remove design standards for gates, railings, and grillwork on ground-floor street frontages of non-historic buildings in Neighborhood Commercial, Residential-Commercial, Commercial, and Mixed-Use Districts.
