Sunshine Ordinance Public Record Request

SF Planning and the Department of Building Inspection now have a combined, online public records request process. 

Submit a request by describing the request, then select “SF Planning & Department of Building Inspection” from the Department drop-down menu.

Complete the remainder of the form.

You can also check the status of your request on NextRequest under the All requests tab using your request number.
