An update about the Eastern Neighborhoods Initiation |

| Planning Commission Initiation Hearing Thursday April 17, 2008 |
By initiating the Eastern Neighborhoods program, the Commission did not make any decision regarding the content of the proposals. Discussion of the substance of the proposals began with first approval hearing on May 15,2008, after the required notice period. Notice of the hearings was published in the newspaper and mailed to every resident and property owner within 300 feet of the project boundary. |

4. Initiation Package for Approval Hearings at the Planning Commission April 2008
The April 2008 Initiation Package contains all of the legal materials necessary to make changes to adopt new Area Plans, as well as make relevant changes to the General Plan, Planning Code and Zoning Map. The entire document is available for download below.
