Using Search
Search the Whole Site
To perform a global search on our site, use the Search field located at the top of each page.
Search Resources
The Resources page provides one location for all documents, forms, etc on this site. It included dropdown menus to help narrow the results to a specific group of documents, such as maps, design guidelines or bulletins. Often, one or two words are sufficient to produce satisfactory results.
Using more than one dropdown selection may not yield any results, due to conflicting matches.
Refining Search Terms
Quotation marks: to search for a specific phrase, enclose the phrase in quotation marks; for example, entering "impact analysis" runs a search for those exact words, in that exact order.
Hyphen: to exclude a word from your search query, put a hyphen ( - ) immediately before the word; for example, enter
"analysis -impact" to find results that include the word "analysis" but not the word "impact".
OR Searches: to search for data that may contain one of a few terms, but not necessarily all of the terms, enter the keyword OR between each search term: "impact OR analysis" or "impact OR analysis OR travel".
Note: The keyword OR must be capitalized, otherwise it will be treated as a search term.
