Notice of Special Restrictions (NSR): Recordation Instructions)

Notice of Special Restrictions (NSRs) are for projects that received approval from the Planning Commission but require conditions of approval to be recorded on a property. NSRs must be signed by the Property Owners(s), notarized, and recorded at the Recorder's Office at City Hall.
