Small Lot Subdivision and Housing Streamlined Approval (SB 684)
Senate Bill (SB) 684 provides a streamlined and ministerial review path for subdivision projects and the development of 10 or fewer residential units.
How to Submit
To apply, first submit a subdivision application to the San Francisco Public Works. Then, reference the SF Public Works application number to complete the Small Lot Subdivision and Housing application. After you finish the PDF application, email it with all the required documents to CPC.Intake@sfgov.org.
