Zoning Administrator (ZA) Bulletin 3: Dormer Windows - Repealed

The Zoning Administrator repealed ZA Bulletin No. 3 as part of the update made to ZA Bulletin No. 4 in March 2026. Dormer windows are now addressed in ZA Bulletin No. 4, with guidance around when dormer windows are considered exempt from the definition of alteration for purposes of Section 311 notification.
