AB 2011: The Affordable Housing and High Road Job Act of 2022
In exchange for certain amounts of on-site affordable housing and workforce commitments, Assembly Bill 2011 (AB 2011) provides for streamlined approvals and in some cases increased height limits and relaxed density limits. AB 2011 was signed by Governor Newsom on September 28, 2022, and became effective July 1, 2023.
