Notice is hereby given to the general public that the Historic Preservation Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the matter below on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 beginning at 12:30 p.m. or later, in City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, Room 400.

2019-012902COA: 59 Potomac Street – between Waller Street and Duboce Park; Lot 008 in Assessor’s Block 0565 (District 8) – Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to enclose a 87 square foot rear deck at the third story of an existing 3-story, single-family dwelling within a RH-2 (Residential-House, Two-Family) Zoning District, a 40-X Height and Bulk District, and the Article 10 Duboce Park Landmark District. The subject property is located in a P (Public) Zoning District and an OS Height and Bulk District.
