2019-012902COA: 59 Potomac Street – between Waller Street and Duboce Park; Lot 008 in Assessor’s Block 0565 (District 8) – Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to enclose a 87 square foot rear deck at the third story of an existing 3-story, single-family dwelling within a RH-2 (Residential-House, Two-Family) Zoning District, a 40-X Height and Bulk District, and the Article 10 Duboce Park Landmark District.
