Notice is hereby given to the general public that the Historic Preservation Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the matter below on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 beginning at 12:30 p.m. or later, in City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, Room 400.

2019-004933COA: 73-75 Fair Oaks Street - east side of Fair Oaks Street and between 21st and 22nd Streets; Lot 055 in Assessor’s Block 3618 (District 8) - Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace existing rear decks and stairs and to construct a 15-foot-tall fire wall pursuant to Article 10 of the Planning Code. The subject property contains a two-unit residence in the Liberty Hill Landmark Historic District and is within the RH-3 (Residential – House, Three Family) Zoning District and 40-X Height and Bulk District. The Certificate of Appropriateness would constitute the Approval Action for the project for the purposes of CEQA, pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Section 31.04(h).
