How do people get around in San Francisco?
Transportation is a part of our everyday lives. Every person of every age and background needs transportation of some sort, whether they go to school, walk to a nearby park, get groceries delivered, or go out of town for the weekend. The policy that we develop helps set the stage for what those trips look like.
The Transportation Element sets policies for the safe and efficient movement of people and goods. Come to this workshop to help us shape the principles and policies that will be used to guide decisions the City will make about transportation – about how you, your family, and friends will get around.
Guest Speaker:
Jeffrey Tumlin, Director of the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Authority
