Notice: upcoming Impact Fee changes effective January 1, 2025
Important Note Regarding the Annual Indexing of Impact Fees and Fee Rates Effective January 1, 2025
The Impact Fee Register will be updated in January 2025 to reflect annual indexing. Most fees will be increased by 2%, pursuant to recent legislation under Ord. 187-23 and 193-23 adopted in 2023. These ordinances also allow for reduction of impact fees in some cases, for projects to remain subject to impact fee rates in effect at time of First Approval, and for projects to defer some payment of impact fees from time of first construction to time of first occupancy.
Through December 31, 2024, this is the Existing Impact Fee Register.
