Consideration to Recommend to the Board of Supervisors Landmark Designation of St. James Presbyterian Church as an individual Article 10 Landmark pursuant to Section 1004.2 of the Planning Code. Initiation of landmark designation of St. James Presbyterian Church was introduced by Supervisor Walton and adopted by the Board of Supervisors on July 19, 2022 (See BoS File No. 220716). St. James Presbyterian Church is also architecturally significant as an example of the work of architect of merit, Julia Morgan. The subject property is in RH-2 (Residential-House, Two Family) Zoning District and 40-X Height and Bulk District.
