Downtown Residential Project Authorization Section 309.1 (DNX) Supplemental
Pursuant to Planning Code Section 309.1, there are certain review criteria and exceptions that may be granted for projects located in the RH-DTR Districts.
This Supplemental Application also requires that a Project Application (PRJ) must be completed and/or attached – see the Project Application Informational Packet for instructions.
