Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) Supplemental
Section 1002(a)(2) states that the Historic Preservation Commission (“HPC”) shall review and decide on applications for construction, alteration, demolition and other applications pertaining to landmark sites and districts regulated under Article 10 of the Planning Code.
Note: the Administrative Certificate of Appropriateness (ACOA) supplemental is not currently available for online filing.
This Supplemental Application also requires that a Project Application (PRJ) must be completed and/or attached – see the Project Application Informational Packet for instructions.
