Fee Exemption TDM
Informational and Application Packet for Non-profit Organizations to be Exempt from TDM Fees
Per Board Ordinance 34-17, development projects that require a TDM Plan, but will be occupied by a non-profit organization that will receive funding from the City to provide services at the subject property, shall be exempt from all TDM Program application fees, including Ongoing Monitoring and Reporting fees. Non-profits wishing to be exempt from these fees shall file this fee waiver application together with their TDM Plan application or Ongoing Monitoring and Reporting Form, or at such time as necessary when voluntarily updating the project’s TDM Plan after occupancy.
