Fee Schedule for Applications

The Fee Schedule for fiscal year 2026-27 is now in effect.

The Planning Department calculates your development application fee based on the project’s estimated construction cost. Full payment is required upon submission of your application to be considered complete. 

Payments may be made by cash, check (payable to “San Francisco Planning Department”) or credit card – for ACH or wire transfer contact us for instructions cpc.wiretransfer@sfgov.org.
