Fee Schedule for Applications
Effective January 1, 2026, Planning calculates your development application fee based on your project’s estimated construction cost.
Update April 22, 2026: Section 5 Enforcement & Appeals, item M – a one-time penalty for the misrepresentation of tenant information on Planning and permit applications.
Full payment is required for your application to be complete. Payments may be made by cash, check (payable to “San Francisco Planning Department”), credit card or wire transfer. For wire payment instructions or questions contact cpc.wiretransfer@sfgov.org.
