Density Exceptions in Residential Zoning Districts (Fourplex) Supplemental
The Planning Code provides a density limit exception to permit up to four dwelling units per lot, and up to six dwelling units per lot in Corner Lots, in all RH (Residential, House) zoning districts.
This Supplemental Application also requires that a Project Application (PRJ) must be completed and/or attached – see the Project Application Informational Packet for instructions.
