Notice is hereby given to the general public that applications involving the properties/and or issues described below have been filed with the Planning Department and Recreation and Parks Department for review as set forth in the City Planning Code.  The Planning Commission and Recreation and Park Commission will hold a JOINT PUBLIC HEARING on these items and on other matters on Thursday, October 17, 2019 beginning at 11:00 a.m. or later in City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, Room 400.

2019-016927CWP: Downtown Park Fund Allocation – Turk Hyde Mini Park and Willie “Woo Woo” Wong Park Renovations - Consideration of Allocation of $550,000 from the Downtown Special Park Fund for the renovation of Turk Hyde Mini Park, located on the blocks bounded by Hyde Street and Turk Street Assessor’s Block and Lot 0336/003, as required by Section 412.5 of the Planning Code, discussion and possible action to approve an allocation of $550,000 in funds from the Downtown Park Special Fund. Consideration of Allocation of $600,000 from the Downtown Special Park Fund for the renovation of Willie “Woo Woo” Wong Park, located on the blocks bounded by Hang Ah Street, Pagoda Place, and Sacramento Street Assessor’s Block and Lot 0225/018, as required by Section 412.5 of the Planning Code, discussion and possible action to approve an allocation of $600,000 in funds from the Downtown Park Special Fund.
