Instructions for Calling-In to a Meeting

  1. DIAL the number listed for the meeting toll-free at 1 (415) 655-0001.
  2. Enter the Access Code for this meeting: 2492 235 0478 then press #. If prompted for an Attendee ID, just press #.
    Please note: the Access Code will change for every meeting.
  3. Stop and LISTEN.
  4. Wait for Public Comment to be announced (by Item # or for General Public Comment).
  5. When the Commission/Hearing Secretary calls Public Comment, press *3 to raise your hand.
  6. Once you raise your hand, you will hear the prompt, “You have raised your hand to ask a question. Please wait to speak until the host calls on you.” If you no longer want to submit public comment, press*3 to lower your hand.
  7. Wait for your turn to speak.
  8. When you hear the prompt, “Your line is unmuted” – THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO PROVIDE YOUR PUBLIC COMMENT.
  9. The Commission/Hearing Secretary will indicate how much time you have to provide your comments. You will be alerted when you have 30 seconds remaining.

2021-006392CUA: 2109 FILLMORE STREET – west side of Fillmore Street between Sacramento Street and California Street, Lot 004 of Assessor’s Block 0635 (District 2) – Request for Conditional Use Authorization pursuant to Planning Code Section 303 303.1,703.4, and 718, to establish an approximately 682 square foot General Retail Sales and Service Formula Retail Use (dba. Moscot) in an existing commercial building. The tenant space was previously occupied by Papyrus, a General Retail Sales and Service Formula Retail use. Project proposes to expand the retail space from 623 square feet to 682 square feet. Front façade alterations are proposed. The Project Site is located within the Upper Fillmore Street Neighborhood Commercial District and the 40-X Height and Bulk District. 2019-014735PRJ: 600 MCALLISTER STREET – Located on the northeast corner of McAllister Street, west of Franklin Street and south of Redwood Street; Lots 072 & 073 in Assessor’s Block 0768 (District 5) - Request for a Conditional Use Authorization, pursuant to Planning Code Sections 121.1, 155(r) and 303, to allow the development of a lot exceeding 10,000 square feet in the NCT-3 Zoning District and to allow a new curb-cut on McAllister Street for a Project that would construct a new fourteen-story over basement, 145-ft 5-in tall, mixed-use building (approximately 27,160 square feet) with 196 dwelling units, and making findings of eligibility for the individually requested State Density Bonus (California Government Code Sections 65915-65918) and receive one Concession and Incentive for Required Off-Street Loading (Section 152), and six waivers for: 1) Rear Yard (Section 134); 2) Open Space (Section 135); 3) Dwelling Unit Exposure (Section 140); 4) Active Uses (Section 145.1); 5) Building Height (Section 260); and 6) Narrow Streets (Section 261.1) requirements of the planning code. The Project would also merge two lots to create one, approximately 19,433 square foot, lot. The project site is located within an NCT-3 (Moderate-Scale Neighborhood Commercial Transit) Zoning District, Market and Octavia Planning Area, and 85-X Height and Bulk District. This action constitutes the Approval Action for the project for the purposes of CEQA, pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Section 31.04(h). 2021-007350CUA: 4033 JUDAH STREET – south side of Judah Street between 45th and 46th Avenues, Lot 51 of Assessor’s Block 1808 (District 4) – Request for Conditional Use Authorization pursuant to Planning Code Sections 303, 303.1, and 710 for a Project proposing a change of use from Retail to Cannabis Retail on the first floor of the existing two-story mixed-use building, with no on-site smoking, vaporizing, or consumption of cannabis products. The subject property is located within the Neighborhood Commercial Cluster (NC-1) Zoning District and a 40-X Height and Bulk District. A Planning Commission approval at the public hearing would constitute the Approval Action for the project for the purposes of CEQA, pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Section 31.04(h). 2021-006587CUA: 1507 SLOAT BOULEVARD – south side Sloat Boulevard between Everglade and Clearfield Drives, Lot 004 of Assessor’s Block 7255 (District 7) – Request for Conditional Use Authorization pursuant to Planning Code Sections 303, 303.1, and 713, and 780.1 to establish an approximately 1,080-square-foot Formula Retail use (d.b.a Wing Stop) within an existing one-story commercial-use building, within the Lakeshore Plaza Special Use District, the Neighborhood Commercial, Shopping Center (NC-S) Zoning District, and a 26-40-X Height and Bulk District. There will be no expansion of the existing building envelope. Comments received by 9:30 a.m. on the day of the hearing will be made a part of the official record and will be brought to the attention of the Commission.

Pursuant to Government Code § 65009, if you challenge, in court, the approval of a conditional use, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
