  1. DIAL the number listed for the meeting toll-free at 1 (415) 655-0001.
  2. Enter the Access Code for this meeting: 2481 161 2186 then press #. If prompted for an Attendee ID, just press #.

  4. Wait for Public Comment to be announced (by Item # or for General Public Comment).

2022-001239CUA: 1700 CALIFORNIA STREET – north side of California Street between Van Ness Avenue and Franklin Street; Lots 036 and 040 in Assessor’s Block 0642 (District 2) – Request for Conditional Use Authorization, pursuant to Planning Code Sections 209.3 and 303 to permit a change of use on the third floor (Suite #370) of the subject property from a General Office use to a Health Service use (dba. Satellite Healthcare) and to legalize a change of use on the second floor (Suite 260) of the subject property from a General Office use to a Health Service use (dba. 2018-002524CUAVAR: 20-28 FOUNTAIN STREET – west side of Fountain Street and between 24th and 25th Streets; Lots 085 and 086 in Assessor’s Block 6501 (District 8) - Request for a Conditional Use Authorization for pursuant to Planning Code Sections 207, 209.1, and 303 for the merger of two existing lots, the construction of two three-story over basement duplexes, and the addition of an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) at an existing single family residence for a total of six dwelling units within Residential-House, Two-Family (RH-2) Zoning District and 40-X Height and Bulk District. 2016-011827ENX: 1500-1528 15TH STREET – northwest corner of South Van Ness Avenue, Lots 016 and 018 in Assessor’s Block 3548 (District 9) - Request for a Large Project Authorization, pursuant to Planning Code (PC) Sections 329 and 843, to permit a project greater than 25,000 square feet of floor area within the UMU (Urban Mixed Use) Zoning District and 58-X Height and Bulk District, to construct an eleven-story, 120-foot tall, 72,289 square foot, mixed-use building with approximately 2,871 square feet of ground-floor commercial uses, 189 residential group housing units, and 64 Class 1 and 6 Class 2 bicycle parking spaces, under the Individually Requested State Density Bonus Program (PC Section 206.6 and California Government Code Section 65915). The Project seeks waivers from development standards, including Rear Yard (PC Section 134), Open Space (PC Section 135), and Building Height (PC Section 260) to achieve a 50% density bonus. Comments received by 9:30 a.m. on the day of the hearing will be made a part of the official record and will be brought to the attention of the Commission.
