Ministerial Projects
About
The State has created a number of ministerial programs for housing development projects. Ministerial projects do not require the approval through a public hearing, review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), or Neighborhood Notification. These projects will not need to submit a Planning Department Project Application (PRJ) and instead will only submit the materials listed below. Please see Planning Director Bulletin 5 and Planning Director Bulletin 9 for more information.

How to Submit
Please review the appropriate application form to determine all of the required materials for submission.
Applicants may submit these materials to the Planning Department either by:
- Uploading the documents to the Public Portal (ACA)
- Emailing the documents to CPC.Intake@sfgov.org
