Individually Requested State Density Bonus Program Supplemental
A Project Application or a Ministerial Program Application must be included with this Supplemental Application. See the Project Application or applicable Ministerial Program application for instructions.
The Individually Requested Density Bonus program, Planning Code section 206.6 offers a path for developers to request a density bonus pursuant to Section 65915 et seq. of the California Government Code.
