San Francisco Planning is excited to announce the 2019 update to the Transportation Impact Analysis Guidelines!

The guidelines assist the Department in evaluating whether projects have the potential to result in transportation-related impacts. This update – the first comprehensive update since 2002 – is the outcome of a multi-year effort involving local and regional government agencies, consultants, the San Francisco Planning Commission, and the public. The guidelines include updated criteria and methods to evaluate impacts and a new web-based tool for estimating projects trips. Check them out!
