New Short-Term Rental Host Application System
San Francisco Planning is pleased to announce that residents who are eligible to become a new short-term rental host can apply for a Short-Term Rental Host Certificate via our Planning Department Public Portal.
Prior to applying for a certificate with us, please review the eligibility requirements and obtain a Business Registration Certificate from the Office of the Treasurer & Tax Collector.
