The Balboa Reservoir Neighborhood Design Standards and Guidelines

The Balboa Reservoir Design Standards and Guidelines (DSG) will guide the design of streets, open spaces, and buildings within the 17-acre Balboa Reservoir neighborhood.The DSG is to be applied in conjunction with the San Francisco Planning Code and with the following project-specific technical documents:

• Balboa Reservoir Special Use District (SUD)
• Balboa Reservoir Development Agreement (DA)
• Balboa Reservoir Master Infrastructure Plan (MIP)
• Balboa Reservoir Transportation Demand Management Plan (TDM)
