SF Gateway – 749 Toland Street

The SF Gateway – 749 Toland Street project proposes to build two multi-story production, distribution, and repair (PDR) buildings in a core industrial area of Bayview Hunters Point.

The project would demolish the four existing single-story buildings. In their place, it would create 2,160,000 gross square feet of PDR space, a rooftop solar array, ground-floor maker space, and streets built to City standard.

The project sponsor will continue to refine community benefits, public art, and transportation demand management (TDM) programs with the Bayview community.
