Affordable Housing Affidavit of Compliance

Submit a complete Affordable Housing Affidavit of Compliance with your Project Application (PRJ) if your project:

• Has 25 or more residential units subject to the Section 415 inclusionary requirements, 
• Uses the State Density Bonus and provides on-site affordable residential units;
• Uses a ministerial program that requires affordable units;
• Includes student housing; or
• Provides 100% affordable housing. 

Your submittal is incomplete without a complete Project Application and affidavit.  

Provide the Planning Department and Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development with documentation showing how your project meets the applicable requirements.

For projects requiring Planning Commission approval, include the Affidavit in the Planning Commission packet and follow the packet submittal guidelines.
