East SoMa Plan Monitoring Report 2006-2010

San Francisco Planning issued this first East SoMa Five-Year Monitoring Report in 2011, covering the period from January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2010. This Monitoring Report includes development activities in the years immediately preceding and following the adoption of the East SoMa Plan in 2008. Because of these relatively recent actions, this first five-year time series monitoring report can only present limited information.

This first report will best serve as a benchmark for subsequent reports as it will provide information on existing conditions at the time the East SoMa Plan was adopted. Subsequent time series monitoring reports for the East SoMa Plan area will be released in years ending in 1 and 6.
