Pursuant to Planning Code Sections 311, the Planning Department shall conduct Neighborhood Notification (also known as neighborhood notice or a public notice) for building expansions and certain changes of use dependent upon the zoning district of the subject property. Planning Department staff are available to advise you in the preparation of this application.
