SF Gateway – 749 Toland Street

The SF Gateway – 749 Toland Street project proposes to build two multi-story production, distribution, and repair (PDR) buildings in a core industrial area of Bayview Hunters Point.

The Project will redevelop two parcels in a core industrial area of San Francisco within the Bayview neighborhood with two new multi-story Production, Distribution, and Repair (PDR) buildings. The development will provide approximately 1,646,000 gross square feet of flexible PDR tenant space and replace the four existing single-story buildings currently occupying the subject site. The Project includes rooftop solar arrays, ground floor PDR maker space, and street improvements.
